Blue Cow Dairy
Blue Cow Dairy began in 1998, after years in Europe’s artisan food scene, spotted a gap in Western Australia for farmhouse and specialty cheeses. Starting as a one-person operation in Belmont, it has grown into the nation’s leading independent specialty cheese importer, exporter, and distributor. Today, Blue Cow stocks over 1,200 product lines from both local and international cheesemakers, distributing approximately 4.5 tonnes of cheese per week. Its curated offerings serve more than 250 hotels, resorts, cafés, and restaurants, and are available in around 360 retail outlets across Western Australia.
